How to Order
Welcome to the Orders page. If you would like to download an order form please click download the Family order form or the Service Provider order form. To be able to use this resource you will need to purchase a license.
Families: If you are a family member the once off cost for a licence is $50.00 and GST is $5.00, Total $55.00.
To purchase a license contact Life's for Living on: info@aboutme.org.au or call: +61 8 8277 3300. Life's for Living can accept credit card payments, money orders or cash payments in person. Alternatively, download the order form, fill it in and return it to Life’s for Living at PO BOX 55, Edwardstown, SA. Once Life's for Living has received your payment, we will setup a link to your child's book and provide you with a username and password which will enable you to begin using the resource.
You will need to provide us with your details, and some basic information about your child such as name and age.
Service Providers: If you are a service provider, you will need to buy a package of licenses, an annual fee also applies. The costs associated with this are set out in the order form download the order form. Service Providers will have access to an Administration facility which enables them to manage their licenses.

You will need to provide us with information about your organisation and some basic information about the individuals you support such as name and age.
