The Association for Children with a Disability is an organisation based in Victoria, Australia. They produce resources for families of children with a disability including an excellent booklet titled ‘Helping You and Your Family Self Help Strategies for Parents of Children with a Disability” which is aimed at families in the first few years after diagnosis or in the search for a diagnosis.

Centrelink is a national Government Agency that provides financial support and assistance to people with disabilities and their carers as well as other members of the community. http://www.centrelink.gov.au
